In line with the general use of public transport in Zurich, the facilities for getting to and from the Airport are first class. There are fast trains from the Airport to the city centre every 10 minutes at peak times as well as vice versa. These trains go right to the centre of Zurich in an efficient 10 minutes. There are also bus services to the city as well as to other destinations in Switzerland.
You’ll find that there are many hotels that offer shuttles to and from the airport, so be sure to see if your hotel offers one and take advantage of the service. You will have ready access to taxis and limos, too, at the airport if you need them. You can rent a car at the airport, which over the internet can be reserved and delivered at the airport.
The Airport has two terminals and is equipped to handle many travellers. It has everything that you will need. Shops, restaurants, bars and banking services are plentiful so you’ll find one to your liking. There are business services, too if you need them.
